　　責任條款是明確規(guī)定雙方責任權限和范圍的，常常使用連詞和介詞的固定結構，但是如果不能正確理解合同條款的意思，使用不同的介詞或者連詞，翻譯之后的內(nèi)容就會與原文大相徑庭。
